*haché, [adj] (pronounced ashay) vt minced viande, derives from the French 'to chop'.
Haché is a family business established in late 2004 by Suzie and Berry Casey.
"We set out to produce the best and most innovative burgers to be found anywhere. Restaurants depend on consistency of quality, so we make life as simple as possible by serving only the best of everything. 100% prime Scotch beef steak, Supreme Chicken, fish steaks and vegetables delivered fresh daily. Although prices are very reasonable, we don't hustle our customers out the door, in fact we love tempting them with our seriously yummy desserts."
We have worked hard to create a unique environment, which we refer to as the 'Haché Experience'.
Time Out Magazine said "Haché is a proper restaurant which just happens to serve burgers," and prophetically added "you could even come here on a smootchie date."

Il ristorante a conduzione familiare Hachė viene avviato verso la fine del 2004 dalla brillante idea di Suzy e Berry Casey. "Il nostro proposito ė quello di servire ottimo cibo, utilizzando soltanto gli ingredienti più` freschi, servendoli in un ambiente unico e ineguagliabile; la combinazione di questi tre elementi risulta essere un'esperienza inimitabile, che a noi piace chiamare "The Hachė experience". Guy Diamond, giornalista del TimeOut, ha dichiarato "Hachė ė un vero e proprio ristorante, dove vengono serviti eccellenti hamburger in vero stile", continua aggiungendo "si può' persino affermare che sia un posto adatto per appuntamenti dai toni semplici ma dal successo assicurato. Immagino, infatti, che non ci siano in città` molti altri ristoranti di hamburger col tutto esaurito il giorno di San Valentino."
