*haché, [adj] (pronounced ashay) vt minced viande, derives from the French 'to chop'.
Haché is a family business established in late 2004 by Suzie and Berry Casey.
"We set out to produce the best and most innovative burgers to be found anywhere. Restaurants depend on consistency of quality, so we make life as simple as possible by serving only the best of everything. 100% prime Scotch beef steak, Supreme Chicken, fish steaks and vegetables delivered fresh daily. Although prices are very reasonable, we don't hustle our customers out the door, in fact we love tempting them with our seriously yummy desserts."
We have worked hard to create a unique environment, which we refer to as the 'Haché Experience'.
Time Out Magazine said "Haché is a proper restaurant which just happens to serve burgers," and prophetically added "you could even come here on a smootchie date."
