Haché, the Parisian-inspired neighbourhood spot from the boutique restaurant group The Hush Collection, has been serving up signature chopped steak burgers for over two decades. Haché was the original trailblazer for premium burgers with its first space in Camden (a favourite of Amy Winehouse). 

Since 2004, Haché has continued to grow and now boasts four restaurants, including the Surrey Riverside and South West London, and our original Haché Burgers restaurant in Camden.
