Featured as part of our line up of female chef collaborations, the limited-edition Mamushka Burger by Olia Hercules was introduced to raise vital funds for UNICEF UK's Ukraine appeal with £5 from every sale being donated to the appeal.
Set up by Olia and a host of the food industry’s biggest names, #CookForUkraine started off as an idea between friends with a mutual love of food. From there, the simple hashtag became part of a global movement with the aim to help provide vital aid to children and families in Ukraine who have been displaced by the invasion.
